The Maldives
We spent two weeks on Veligandu island in October/November 2002. Transfer was by sea-plane from the capital, Malé.
Although we arrived in the shoulder season (December to April is considered peak season in the Maldives, dry and with good underwater visibility) the weather was good and the water pretty clear. Air temperature was around 30°C during the day and water temperature about 25°C.
