The outside
The first job involved tenting the whole house in order to fumigate for termites. One damaged beam under the house was replaced when the foundations were tightened.
While we were away over Christmas, the outside of the house was stripped and re-painted and the roof pressure-washed and treated for mould.
Tidying up the garden is an on-going project...
